Robin Renee Babcock, 67, of Chillicothe, passed away Saturday evening, December 7, 2024, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.
She was born April 20, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Edward and Donna Jane (Deselms) Werley. On March 8, 2001, she married her beloved husband, David Babcock, who survives.
Also surviving is her daughter, Janet (Jason) Babcock; step-son, David R. (Susan Ross) Babcock; grandson, Brian Creasman; her brother, Donald (Linda) Werley; as well as numerous close friends and extended family.
Robin was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years. She was a loving, caring soul who never met a stranger and helped anyone who needed it. Her family and friends will miss her warm smile, loving hugs, and playful joking personality.
To honor her life, a funeral service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, December 13, 2024 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Friends may join the family for visitation from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the church, located at 1918 N. Bridge St., Chillicothe, OH 45601. Following the services, the family invites friends to join them at Golden Corral for a meal.
