Robin Austin

Robin L. Austin, 49, of Chillicothe, died Sunday, October 8, 2006, in her home surrounded by loved ones following an extended illness. She was born June 24, 1957, in Roswell, NM, to the late Theodore "Ted" and Constance "Connie" Austin. Surviving are her long-time companion, Rob Smith; her daughter Michele Hice-McSherry, of Alaska; step-son Josey Smith; brothers Kelly Austin, Michigan; Scott Austin, Chillicothe; sisters Rene (Dale) Snead, Michigan; Cinnamyn Austin, Chillicothe; nieces Caitlin and Heather, Akron; Kristina Snead, Michigan; nephew Tre, Akron; great-nephews Trevon, Michigan; Timmy, Ohio; Keenan and Deegan, Michigan; and special friends Terri and Marcia. She was predeceased by a brother, Dennis "Michael" Austin, a nephew Michael Anthony and several aunts and uncles. Robin worked as a crew leader at the Golden Corral. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Friday at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Ragland officiating. Burial will follow in Caldwell Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8pm.
