Roberta Minges

Roberta Sue (Cook) Minges, 58, of Chillicothe Ohio, passed away on February 13th, 2023.   She was born the fifth child to Robert Josiah Cook and Donna Jean (Hannah) Cook on April 1, 1964.   She was preceded in death by her parents; her only brother, Terry Allen Cook; and her first born child, Sabrina Nicole Cook Chamberlain.    She is survived by her two daughters: Alexandria Marie Bennison (Robert Jr.) and Jessie Kay Minges; her siblings, Connie Chamberlain (Carl David), Charity Ann Blough, Donna Jean Thompson, and Geneva Francis Welsh; and her only grandchild, Brynn Sophia Bennison.   She was raised in Circleville Ohio and attended Circleville High School. She moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where she married (William Dennis Minges) and raised two daughters.   Bobbie was a beautiful woman, with an amazing smile and a love to laugh. She could brighten up a room without trying and loved to look her best. She worked as a waitress for most of her years and was the most amazing cook. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4th at 10 AM at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church located at 5771 OH-128, Cleves, OH 45002. Memorials may be made to Whitewater Crossing Christian Church.
