Robert Wright

Robert A. Wright, 70, of Chillicothe, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at his home, following an extended illness.
He was born March 8, 1948, in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Paul and Ethel (Addy) Wright. On July 4, 1971, he married Kathy (Lewis) Wright, and together they shared 48 wonderful years of marriage.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Rob P. (Yvonne) Wright, of Chillicothe, and Drew A. (Tiffany) Wright, of Pickerington; nine grandchildren, Ashton, Christian, Collin, Isaac, and Sophia Wright, Clay, Lacy, and Ava Surrell, and Kirany Konkoskia; as well as one brother, Raymond Wright, of Chillicothe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Melvin Wright, Marilyn Henson, Gayle Wright, and Larry Wright.
Bob worked as a technician for the Kenworth Trucking Co. for many years before his retirement. He was an active member of the Canal Church of Christ in Waverly. Church and his faith were the most important things in his life.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at the Haller Funeral Home, with Eugene Farrell officiating. Military graveside services conducted by the Ross County Veterans Honor Guard will follow in Huntington Memorial Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a visitation from 11:00am until the time of the service on Wednesday.
