Robert Streicher

R. Whit Streicher, 54, of Chillicothe, died 9:00 am, Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic, following an extended illness. He was born January 5, 1959 in Chillicothe to Gordon F. and Julia K. Whittington Streicher. Survivors include his mother; two sons, Sam and Philip Streicher, of Chillicothe; two sisters, Victoria (Daniel) Roy and Lyn (Robert) Smith, both of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. Whit was a 1977 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He was a professional photographer and co-owner/operator of Chillicothe Camera from 1980 to 2006. He was a wellness instructor with the Ross Co. Y and served on the board of the Southern Ohio Survivors. He attended Christian Life Tabernacle Church. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at the Christian Life Tabernacle Church, Pastor Phillip Rutherford officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
