Robert Jones

Robert Eugene "Bobby" Jones, 71, of Chillicothe, died July 24, 2017 at the Adena Regional Medical Center.   He was born March 26, 1946 in Washington Court House, OH to the late Fred and Martha Harris Jones. He married Jill C. Jones, who preceded him in death. Survivors include a son, Jeffery A. Jones, of Cedar Park, TX; sisters, Katherine (Ronnie) Cooper, of Chillicothe, and Wilma Diamond, of San Antonio, TX; and extended family.   Bobby was a US Air Force Veteran, serving from September 1964 until October 1967. He retired from DuPont in 1995 with over twenty-five years of service. He was an avid hunter and fisherman until his health started to decline.   In honoring his wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
