Robert Elliott

Robert L. Elliott, 62, of Chillicothe, died 6:15 am, Saturday, October 31, 2009, at this home, following an extended illness. He was born September 20, 1947 in Chillicothe to Robert E. and Lily Hartley Elliott. He married the former Beth Ann Ewart, who survives. In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include two sons, Zachary and Seth (Tiffany) Elliott, of Chillicothe; a grandchild, Brayden Elliott; a sister, Susan (Dwight) Beam, of Chillicothe; a sister-in-law, Linda (Glenn) Cook, of Wake Forest, NC; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Bernice and Arthur Ewart and a sister-in-law, Judy Baker. Mr. Elliott retired from the Engineering Department of Kenworth Truck. He was a US Air Force Veteran. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Thursday, Rev. William Hahn, Celebrant. Friends may call 5-8 pm Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
