Richard Hilding

Richard Earl Hilding, 83, of Chillicothe, died 7:13 pm, Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Westmoreland Place Nursing Home, following an extended illness. He was born May 31, 1930 in Toledo, OH to the late Harry and Dorothy Jacobi Hilding. Survivors include his two brothers, Tom and John Hilding, both of Toledo; special friends, Greg Williamson and Becky Ward; and a special friend and caregiver, Linda West; all of Chillicothe. Mr. Hilding was a lumberjack and a US Army Korean War veteran. Military graveside services, conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will be held 11:00 am Thursday in Soldier Square, Greenlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will not be observed.
