Richard Collins

Richard L. Collins, 62, of Chillicothe, died 3:07 pm, Sunday, October 12, 2014, at Signature Health Center-Chillicothe, following an extended illness. He was born September 23, 1952 in Ross Co. to the late Robert E. and Marion Cowans Collins. Survivors include his children, Richard L. Collins Jr., of Sabina, OH and Candice L. Colter, of Columbus, OH; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Collins Jr. and Terry Collins Sr. Mr. Collins worked construction all of his life. Private graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery, at the convenience of the family.
