Rhonda Kay Netzley, 65, of Chillicothe, passed away Friday morning, March 26, 2021 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.
She was born November 25, 1955 in Springfield, Illinois, daughter of the late Don Eugene and Katherine Lucille (Wirrig) Netzely.
She is survived by her three daughters, Summer (Teddy) Tangen, Amanda Bailey, and Rachel Bailey; grandchildren, Timothy Jon Huizer, Justin Tyler (Natascha) Phillips, Dylan Matthew Setchel, Caitlin Leeanne Setchel, Kaylee Danielle Wallace, and Jaxon Connor Bailey; great-grandchildren, Kaden Lucas Phillips, Cassidy Amelia Phillips, and Hailey Marlianne Huizer; her siblings, James Prescott, Deborah Rice, Barbara Netzley, Rebecca Netzley, and Craig Netzley; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Cierra Rose Clark.
Rhonda worked much of her life in the food service industry as a bartender and server until her declining health prevented it. Her family was her absolute world. There was nothing she loved more than being a Mom and Grandma. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
