Raymond Brown

Raymond P. "Perry" Brown, 70, of Chillicothe, died Friday, November 18, 2016, at his home. He was born August 20, 1946 in Dandridge, TN to the late Ralph and Maude Knight Brown. On May 5, 1989 he married Carolyn J. Pontious, who survives. Also surviving are three children, Raymond P. Brown Jr., Lisa (Matt) Liming, and Julie (David) Walker, all of Circleville; several grandchildren; and a sister, Rachel Loel, of Chillicothe. Perry was a US Navy veteran and retired as a pipefitter from Columbia Gas in 1990. He was an avid fisherman and member of the Ohio BASS Federation and the Ross Co. BASS Masters. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Paint Creek Lake. Friends may call 4-7 pm Tuesday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
