Randall R. McNair, 63, of Chillicothe, died at his residence at 2:10pm July 24, 2019, following a brief illness.   He was born September 16, 1955, in Columbia, SC. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business from Ohio University and retired from the Defense Supply Center, Columbus. He also served his country in the US Navy.   He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Tamara (Tito) Paul, of Delaware, OH; grandsons: Tito Paul II and Trey Paul; his mother Juliette Brandon, of Chillicothe; a sister Gwendolyn McNair, of Bowie, MD; a nephew Grafton McNair; great-nephews and great-niece Makai, Amir, Amari and Marley McNair, all of Bowie, MD; his significant other Vickie Reid; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins, including a special uncle, Alvin Long; and special friends Layla Cortes, Lee Menefee, Chris Beverly and James Lee. He was predeceased by his step-father Donald Brandon.   Randall had a special love of travel, especially to the ocean. He will be remembered for willingness to help his family members.   A Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm Saturday, August 3, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory, with Dr. Rev. J. Troy Gray officiating. Military honors, by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will be conducted at that time.
