Randall Hatmacher

Randall Victor Hatmacher, 57, of Chillicothe, died 4:25 pm, Monday, February 1, 2021, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. He was born April 26, 1963 in Chillicothe to the late Fredrick and Patricia Saelens Hatmacher. He was preceded in death by brother Mark Hatmacher, of Chillicothe. Surviving is his son, Taylor Hatmacher, of Dayton; stepson, Gray Prater, of Chillicothe; two brothers, Scott and Bruce (Jeanne) Hatmacher, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews. Randy was a former employee of Classic Brands and prior to that the family-owned Dairy Queen's founded by his late grandparents Julius and Irene Saelens. Randy was also a partner in Shawnee Lanes. Public graveside services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday in St. Margaret Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ross County Humane Society, 2308 Lick Run Rd., Chillicothe, OH, where he rescued his beloved dog, Jedi.
