Quincy Wright

Quincy K. Wright, 83, formerly of Overton County Tennessee, passed away Monday, October 9, 2006, at the Valley View Care Center in Frankfort, Ohio. He was born December 18, 1922, in Jamestown, TN, to the late Cleveland G. and Ada A. (Allred) Wright. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Billy Wright Sr. and Judy of Sikeston, MO; a Brother, George Wright and wife Mary of Algood, TN; two grandchildren, Sandra Creg and husband Steve of Jackson, MO, and Billy Wright, Jr. and wife Mary of Cape Girardeau, MO; four great-grandchildren, and one expectant; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was married to the former Audie Finley of Algood, TN for a number of years. He was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister. Quincy retired from General Motors. He was a WWII Army Veteran. Military graveside services will be conducted Monday, October 16, 2006, at 11:30am in the National Cemetery, Dayton, OH. At his request, calling hours will not be observed.
