Phyllis L. "Susie" LeBlanc, 74, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly February 1, 2021, at her home.
She was born January 7, 1947 in Greenbriar Co., WV to the late Phil and Mary Lois Scott Baldwin. She married Bernard LeBlanc, who preceded her in death. Survivors include two children, Jefferson L. Coy and Rhonda K. (Louie) Coy, both of Chillicothe; 2 grandchildren, Colton Detty and Dylan Coy; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two brothers, Douglas and Lacy.
Until a disabling automobile accident in 1999 Phyllis enjoyed doing crafts.
Following cremation, her ashes will be interred in the Dayton National Cemetery.
