Phyllis A. Kisling, 73, of Waverly, formerly of Greenfield, died at 11:45am November 24, 2015, at her residence following a brief illness. She was born July 25, 1942, in Fayette County, OH, to the late Robert and Sarah (Jordan) Kinnison. On August 3, 1963, she married James F. Kisling, who preceded her in death. Survivors include her step-son Kenny A. Kisling, of Hillsboro; sisters-in-law Mary E. Kinnison, Waverly; and Ruth Kinnison Sandidge, Bainbridge; nieces and nephews Daniel (Andrea) Fyffe, Waverly; Sara Kinnison, Piketon; Cliff Kinnison and Troy Kinnison, both of Bainbridge; great-nieces and great-nephews Sierra Arnold and Brady Arnold, both of Waverly; Preston Kinnison, Piketon; Greg Fyffe and Baylee Fyffe, both of Waverly; and several cousins and special friends. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by an infant sister, and brothers David, Robert Glenn and Gary W. Kinnison. Phyllis was a graduate of Buckskin High School. She worked at the former US Shoe Factory in Greenfield and later retired from Weastec. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, November 28, at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow in Roads Cemetery, Rainsboro.
