Phyllis Johnson

Phyllis Ann Johnson, 78, was born on January 25, 1936 to the late James O Park and Nancy Rhoades Park passed away July 10, 2014 in Chillicothe, Ohio. She married Marian "Tuck" Johnson on November 28, 1974, who passed away January 25, 1983. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her special companion of 16 years Wayne Barnes, her son Ralph L Holbrook Jr, granddaughter Jessica Holbrook and grandson Chad Shaw. She was also predeceased by bothers Donald Park and Alvin Park; and sisters Alice McNeal, Eleanor Moorse, Bernice Detty, and Lavonne Bethel. She is survived by her children Joyce (Denny) Harter of Antwerp, Ohio, Tim (Gaynell) Holbrook Tampa Florida, Roger (Denise) Holbrook New Mexico, Donna (Rick) Shaw, Medina, Ohio, Brent (Nellie) Holbrook Bainbridge, Ohio. She is also survived by her brother Glenn Park and her special niece Susan Knapp both of Chillicothe. Phyllis had 17 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and her special friend Elizabeth Branscon. Friends may call Monday July 14, from 5-8 PM at Haller Funeral Home 1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe. Funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday July 15, with Randall L. Rinehart officiating. Burial will follow in the Twin Township Cemetery, Bourneville Ohio.
