Peggy L. (Chaffin) Elam, 78, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away on July 11, 2026, following an extended illness.
A service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1:00pm at the Haller Funeral Home and Crematory. Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at the funeral home.
