Peggy Coler

Peggy Lou Coler, 87, of Chillicothe, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born April 21, 1928 in Ross Co. to the late James and Prudance Ogden. She married Harry D. Coler, who preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Harry Michael (Anne) Coler, Wake Forest, NC, Barbara Ann Meyers, Columbia, SC, and Nancy Karen (Dan) Russell, Chillicothe; six grandchildren, Harrison (Erin) and Jordan Coler, Eric (Kerri) and Greg (Susie) Meyers, Dustin (Jennifer) Russell, and Heather (Jason) Lovely; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Julia Marie Coder and Rebecca Boschetti; and two brothers, Clifford and Russell Ogden. Mrs. Coler retired as an administrative assistant with the Adena Health System. She loved her children and they will miss her very much. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Tuesday, Rev. Sean Dooley, Celebrant. Burial in St. Margaret Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ross Co. Humane Society, 2308A Lick Run Rd., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
