Pearl Brown

Pearl Joann Brown, 92, of Chillicothe, died 3:16 pm, Sunday, April 21, 2013, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born October 15, 1920 in Chillicothe to the late Pearl and Elizabeth A. Issac Cunningham. She married Robert Brown, who died in 2001. Survivors include her children, Roberta Brown, Hampton, VA, Robert (Cheryl) Brown, Springfield, OH, Harry (Paula) Brown, Jacksonville, FL, Dorothy Brown, Chillicothe, Alycia (Jesse) Qualls, San Diego, CA and Joseph Cunningham, Chillicothe; grandchildren, Robyn Burrell, Jamaar, Coreen, Robbie, Sherika, Kiwana, Joshua, and Amber Brown, Pearl Netter, Jalise and Jesse Qualls Jr., Tyrone, Karen, Jason and Donald Mason Cunningham; numerous great-grandchildren; a sister, Charity Neece, Chillicothe; and an adopted son, Eddie Vannoy. She was preceded in death by two children, Donald Cunningham and Harry Brown; two brothers, Harry and William Cunningham; a granddaughter, Kelli Brown; and a great-grandson, Pearl Netter II. Mrs. Brown was an avid gardener, bird watcher, and lover of life. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday at the Haller Funeral Home, Pastor Clifford Brown officiating.
