Paula Kaye Bennett

Paula Kaye Bennett (Stafford), 77, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Paula was a devoted wife, mother and mother-in-law, sister, aunt, and friend. For 55 loving years, she shared her life with her husband, James Bennett, building a home filled with family, friendship, and cherished memories.

A graduate of Southeastern High School, Class of 1967, Paula enjoyed a rewarding career as an administrator in the medical field, where her dedication and strong work ethic were well known. Above all, family remained at the center of her life, and she treasured every opportunity to spend time with those she loved.

Paula also enjoyed gardening, reading, entertaining in her courtyard, and indulging her sweet tooth. Her beloved "doodles''-Maggie Mae, Mollie B, and Ivy-were cherished members of the family who brought her endless companionship and joy.

She is survived by her husband, James Bennett; her son, Gregory Bennett, and daughter-in-law, Melissa Bennett; her twin sister, Pamela Stafford; and her niece, Tracy Osborne Henson, and Tracy's husband, Kevin Henson.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Georgia Stafford, and her brother, Michael Stafford.

Paula will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for the warmth she shared, the life she built with James, and the lasting memories she created with family and friends.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Grandview Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to join one another afterward for a celebration-of-life luncheon.
