Patricia Marie Moore Keene, 54, of Chillicothe, passed away early Saturday morning, June 15, 2019 at her home, following an extended illness.
She was born on April 3, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois to James R. Moore and Barbara L. Moore Rader.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Nathan Moore, and Britney (Larry Lunsford) Carroll, both of Chillicothe; two grandchildren, Gracie and Lillian, also of Chillicothe; her two brothers, James (Tanya) Moore, of Chillicothe, and Bryan Moore, of Groveport; and her step-father, Don Rader, of Chillicothe.
Patricia was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, class of 1983.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Haller Funeral Home with Chaplin Billy Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a visitation from 10:30 am on Tuesday until the time of the service.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the National Church Residences hospice group and to the caring staff of Hopeton Village.
