Patricia Garvic

Patricia (Smith) Garvic passed peacefully on August 10, 2015, in Austin, TX, after an extended illness. She is preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Loretta and William Timmons; and her father and step-mother Clyde "Jack" and Nellie Smith; and a sister Jeannie Timmons. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Charles) Celauro, Austin, TX; son, Matthew (Deborah) Garvic, Pittsburgh, PA; and three grandchildren: Adam Celauro; and Luke and Julia Garvic; her sisters: Dixie (Thomas) Denney, Charlotte, NC; and Sharon (Ron) Clary, Londonderry, OH; brothers: Richard (Jean) Patton, Westerville, OH; and Jeff (Dona) Smith, Portsmouth, OH; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Patricia was born in Springfield, OH, and later moved to Austin, TX, but spent many happy days with family in Ross County. Funeral service and burial will take place at Concord Church on Saturday, August 15, at 1:00pm. The family will receive friends at the church from Noon until 1pm Saturday. Arrangements are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ross Co. Humane Society, 2308A Lick Run Rd, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
