Baby Olivia Rose Salley, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2016, at Adena Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her loving parents, Jason Hubert and Ashley Renee (May) Salley. Also surviving are her four sisters, Sarai, Summer, Rebecca, and Angelinea, all of Chillicothe. Arrangements are being completed at this time.
