Olin Robinson

Olin Robinson, 70, of Chillicothe, died 6:00 am, November 24, 2010, at the Ohio State University Hospitals, following an extended illness. He was born February 19, 1940 in Chillicothe, OH to the late Walter and Lillian Pearl Tackett Robinson. In December of 1977 he married the former Mary Rumsey, who survives. Also surviving are three children, Ed Rumsey, Tony Hardy and John Spencer; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Flora Hall and Garnet (Paul) Spetnagel; and a brother, Elvin (Mary) Robinson. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. Mr. Robinson retired from Wenger Trucking. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Household of Faith Church, 1847 Massieville Rd., with Rev. Leonard Roop officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio State University James Cancer Center.
