Odessa Adams, 83, of Columbus, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away early Friday, December 4, 2020 morning at the Kobacker House, following a brief illness.
She was born in Detroit, Michigan to Joseph and Carrie Anthony. Odessa married Oliver Adams Jr. who preceded her in death in 2015. Odessa's surviving family is Romaine Reid, James Anthony and her three children Michael (Karen), Libby, and Gail Adams. Grandchildren: Ricci M. Bester, Lord Darrien Oliver, Jerome A.Y. Lionheart, Adriannne M. Adams, Chris (Sara and children) Klose, Heidi Klose and children. Great-grandchildren: Rob Klose, Sheniece Klose, Kayla Klose, Kanye Adams, Brandon R. Swanson II, Anastasia B. E. Swanson, and Emily N. Swanson.
Following cremation, she will be buried in the Dayton National Cemetery.
