O. Allen

O. Faye Allen, 86, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord at 4:50am February 18, 2014, at Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born September 26, 1927, in Portsmouth, OH to the late Louis and Florence (Adams) Frye. In 1946, she married Roy C. Allen, who preceded her in death on October 12, 1997. Surviving are her children: Benny Allen, Sr.; Kathy Broomall; and Brian Allen, all of Chillicothe; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by sons Darrell Allen, Sr. and Michael Allen; one brother and one sister. Faye was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship. As long as she was able, she loved to sing. Funeral services will be held at 7:30pm Thursday, February 20, at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Ault officiating. Private burial will be held Friday in Bethel Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday at Haller's from 7pm until the service.
