Norma Skaggs

Norma J. Skaggs, 83, of Chillicothe, died 10:25 am, Thursday, December 24, 2009, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born February 26, 1926 in Chillicothe, OH to Owen J. and Bessie Coughlin Downey. She married Ralph E. Skaggs, who died September 1, 1994. Survivors include her sons, Randy (Darla) Skaggs, of Lewis Center, OH and John Skaggs, of Columbus, OH; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday at Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at Haller's.
