Nayeli Gutierrez

Nayeli Isabella Gutierrez, 15, of Suffolk, VA, went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2017, in Chillicothe, OH. She is the daughter of Lisa and Adam G. Gutierrez. She was predeceased by Ofelia Sanders and Jason Gutierrez. She was a very rambunctious and spunky little girl with many talents, with an eye for music and an talent for art, she had the voice of an angel. She loved to dance, play the guitar and the violin. She was an uprising sophomore at Kings Fork High School. She is survived by her parents Lisa and Adam G. Gutierrez, sister Arazeli Gutierrez, maternal grandparents Carmen and Elias Luevano; paternal grandparents Velia and David Gutierrez; great grandparents Natalia and Alberto Ontiveros, Mary Luevano, Godon "Tuffy: Sanders and Pole Granados; god parents Donna and Javier Contreras; uncles Eric Luevano and wife Melissa, Martin Luevano and wife Yahayra, David Gutierrez, Jr and Carlos Gutierrez; aunt Aleka Luevano; cousins A.J. Lucero, Karmen, Kambree, and Thaddeus Luevano. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 4 PM Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church, 202 S. Broad Street, Suffolk. The family will receive friends in the R. W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St. Suffolk VA 23434 on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM with a Rosary service at 7 PM. The family request no black clothing, they would prefer jeans or colorful clothing.  Local arrangements are by the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
