Nathaniel Minney

Nathaniel Ryan Minney, 14, of Chillicothe, died 3:25 pm, February 18, 2011, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born November 14, 1996 in Chillicothe to Jonathon Scott and Kelley A. McGuire Minney, who survives. Also surviving is his great-grandmother, Jeanette Norman; his maternal grandparents, James and Mary McGuire; his paternal grandparents, John and Terry Minney; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Lisa McGuire, Bret and Shelley Harper, Randy and Stacia Minney, and Chad and Heather Minney; and several cousins, Sean Audrey, Joseph McGuire, Samuel Harper, and Allison and Andrew Minney. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents and an uncle, Scott McGuire. Nate was a member of 4H, loved fishing, riding his bike, four wheeling, camping and spending time with friends. He had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh. He had the most beautiful grin. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at the Paint Valley High School Gymnasium, Revs. David Maughmer, Sam Cooper, and David Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 pm Tuesday at the school gym. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Leslie Knisley, Ethan Knisley and Nathaniel Minney Memorial Fund, at the Vinton/Ross County Banking Center. The families are sure all three are in heaven.
