Nancy Jean Perry, 74, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly early Friday morning, November 24, 2023, at the Adena Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 8, 1949, in Chillicothe, daughter of the late Henry and Elsie (Gaines) Bennett. She married Delbert A. Perry, who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Lisa Minnix; granddaughter, Heather; three sisters, Shirley McQuay, Marilyn Jones, and Patty (Roger Daniels) Jones; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Billy; five siblings, Catherine McWhorter, Betty Bennett, Ronnie Bennett, Rick Bennett, and Carol Sue Bennett; as well as three brothers-in-law, Tony McQuay, Robert Jones, and Larry Jones.
Nancy was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, AMVETS, and the Eagles in Chillicothe. She loved getting together for family gatherings and enjoyed playing card games.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. In accordance with her wishes, cremation services will follow.
