Mickey Garrett

Mickey Lee Garrett, 72, of Piggott, AK, formerly of Chillicothe, died 6:45 pm, September 8, 2013, in Piggott, AK, following an extended illness. He was born April 15, 1941 in Pickaway Co. to Merle E. and Bertha M. Toole Garrett. In addition to his father, he is survived by a sister, Debbie (Steve) Hesterman, of Chillicothe, and a brother, Donnie L. Garrett, of Waverly. Mr. Garrett was a US Marine veteran and had retired from the Ohio State University Traffic Services Division. Military graveside services were held Friday in Forest Cemetery, Circleville, OH, conducted by AMVETS Post 2256.
