Michael Wade

Michael E. Wade, 69, of Londonderry, passed away Monday night, August 21, 2023 at the Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus following a brief illness.

He was born September 22, 1953 in Chillicothe, Ohio, son of the late Donald E. and Helen J. (Minnix) Wade.

Surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, Steve (Robin) Wade; two nephews, Nathan (Jodi) Wade and Adam Wade; a great-niece, Darci Liston; special cousin, Janet (Richard) Large; close family friend, Doug Staffan; as well as several other cousins, extended family members, and his pals from the "group" at Londonderry. Mike also leaves behind his beloved puppy, Hank.

Mike was a graduate of Southeastern High School, class of 1971. He went on to work as an over the road truck driver for many years, retiring in February 2023. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going to stock car races.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation services will be performed. A celebration of life service will take place on what would have been his 70 ^th birthday; September 22, 2023 at the Liberty Township Community Center starting at 6:00pm. Friends are welcome to come join the family to share stories and celebrate his life.
