Michael Park

Michael E. Park, 60, of Chillicothe, died at 1:54pm Sunday, April 5, 2015, at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born March 20, 1955, in Chillicothe, to the late Donald L., Sr. and Elizabeth A. "Betty" (Hollis) Park. On June 15, 1974, he married Joyce Lallier, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by their daughters Amy Lahrmer and Angela Park, both of Chillicothe; granddaughters: Alyssa, Alexis and Abigail Lahrmer and special granddaughter Addy Elliott; brother and sister-in-law Don (Anita) Park, Jr.; sisters and brothers-in-law Teresa (John) Angus; and Cathy (Mark) Ramey, all of Chillicothe; special sisters-in-law Jane (Dave) Bogard and Jackie (Don) Lee; several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and friends including special friends Dale Reed, Stan Ingham and Paul Lallier. He was predeceased by an infant son Jason Park and his parents. Michael was a graduate of Bishop Flaget High School, Class of 1973. He was a retired electrician having worked at the former USEC/Atomic Plant in Piketon. He enjoyed boating and water skiing. Until his health no longer permitted, he had attended Dailyville Church and Mt. Tabor Church. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, April 9, at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8pm at Haller's.
