Melnee Tisdale

Melnee Mae Tisdale, 78, went home to her heavenly Father at 4:35am March 31, 2018, at her residence following an extended illness.   She was born April 11, 1939, in Chillicothe, to the late Peter F. and Martha J. (Sheets) Rossiter. On December 9, 1954, she married Bobby R. Tisdale, who survives.   Also surviving are their children: Robin (Michele) Tisdale, Pam (Jerry) Uhrig, Chris Tisdale, Heather Heshiser, and Jason Tisdale, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Christy Hafner, Cara (Gabe) Peecher, Scott Parker, Molly Tisdale, Andy Tisdale, Kandon Heshiser, Chloe Heshiser, all of Chillicothe; and Jarred (Jani) Uhrig, Wilmington; great-grandchildren: Makenzy Wells; Aiden, Kennedi, Isaac, and Elyn Peecher; Elijah and LeaMarie Parker, all of Chillicothe; and Addisyn and Lydia Uhrig, and Cayden Long all of Wilmington. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters-in-law David Rossiter, Gene (Annette) Rossiter, Wilbur (Phyllis) Rossiter, Jim (Beulah) Rossiter; and a sister Florentine Clifton.   A Family Memorial Service will be held at Noon, Thursday April 5, at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, with Pastor Chris Brown officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Adena Health Foundation, Hospice Program, 9 S. Paint St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
