Maurice Wilson

Maurice L. Wilson, 68, of Chillicothe, died 9:55 am, Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born January 30, 1943 in Williamsport, OH to the late Charles B. and Frances I. Edler Wilson. On August 4, 1964 he married the former Joanne E. Huffman, who survives. Also surviving are his two sons, Joseph W. Wilson, of Circleville, and James L. Wilson, of Chillicothe; two brothers, Richard Wilson, of Yellowbud and Glenn (Casandra) Wilson, of Kingston; three sisters, Helen Althouse, of Chillicothe, Patricia (Sam) Johnson, of Dayton, and Sylvia Mead, of Waverly; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a US Navy Veteran and had worked for the railroad systems. He was a former HAMM Radio operator. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
