Mary White

Mary C. "Toots" White, 74, of Chillicothe, died at 11:33 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2009 at her residence following a brief illness. She was born September 11, 1935, in Columbus, OH, to the late Henry J. and Beatrice G. Thibaut. She married Ernest "Jim" White who survives. Also surviving are children: Molly (Robert) Davis; Mike (Tina) White; Lawrence (Lisa) White; Mark White; Patty (Kyle) Wonderleigh; Joe (Teresa) White; Jimmy (Angie) White; Linda (Thomas) Overly; Mary Ann (Brent) Tyo; and John (Kellye) White; grandchildren: Chrissy (Scott) Butterbaugh; Kara (Jeff) Hunter; Corey and Lauren White; Megan, Marisa and Michaela White; Josh and Jordie Wonderleigh; CJ (Abby) White; Jamie and Kayla White; Casey and Halle White; Joey, Brandon, and Katelyn Jinks; Sarah Johnson; Lucas and Austin (Bug) Tyo; Garrett and Grayson White; step-children: Tammy (Tom) Simkins and Robby (Cindy) Davis; great-grandchild: Isaac Butterbaugh; step-grandchildren: Hayden Hunter, Haily, Lesley and Carley Simkins; brothers and sisters, Patty Cox; Wayne (Janet) Thibaut; Larry (Wanda) Thibaut; Barb (Wayne) Cox; Don Thibaut; Margy (Harry) Timmons; Linda (Keith) Russell; Gail (Chip) Hirn; Jerry Thibaut; Hank (Tess) Thibaut; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by granddaughter Courtney Wonderleigh; brother Mike Thibaut; brother-in-law Bill Cox; and sister-in-law Dian Thibaut. Mary worked 20 years at the Cozy Inn and 8 years at The Dock at Water. She was an avid Chillicothe Paints fan and booster. She also loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. She enjoyed walking & spending time with her family & friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Lawrence Hummer, Celebrant. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Haller Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held at 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The VA Memorial Field, Adena Hospice program, Good Samaritan Network or Saint Mary Parish Chillicothe, OH.
