Mary Streevey

Mary L. Streevey, 89, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at 1:13pm July 31, 2023, at Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born July 16, 1934, in Portsmouth, OH, to the late Albert F. and Bessie (Musick) Anderson.  On  September 16, 1972, she married Paul R. Streevey, who preceded her in death on May 29th, 2000. Surviving are her four children: Donald (Karen) Salley, Jr., of Pioneer, OH, Kathy (Dean) Arrowood, of Chillicothe, Darlene (Gary) Boltenhouse, of Englewood, FL, and Ronald Salley and his companion Cynthia King of Bainbridge, OH; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her brothers James and Chester Anderson; and her daughter-in-law Leatha Salley. Mary attended both Denver Chapel CCCU and Mary Chapel United Baptist Church.   Her funeral service will be held at 2pm Friday, August 4, at Mary Chapel Church, 2301 Denver Rd., Waverly, OH 45690.  Burial will follow in Huntington Twp. Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 1-hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
