She enjoyed black coffee, often up to two pots a day.
To Mary Sue, family was everything! She went from singing nursery rhymes while pushing them on the swings in their youth, to making them sing crazy songs like
Been a Faucet
and
Cannibal King
as they got older. She also always sat in the back seat of the car, so that she could play games with her children and grandchildren during long trips. She had many famous phrases and pieces of advice that she left for her family, including "Work before play" and "Never pass up a pitstop." On top of this, she often said to her children and grandchildren "See ya later alligator" before waving goodbye, to which they would reply "After while crocodile."
The family would like to thank her longtime neighbors and family friends as well as The Inn at Walnut Trail and Capital City Hospice for their care during her last part of her life.
