Mary Faulkner

Mary Ann Faulkner, 78, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord at 10:50am May 2, 2015, following an extended illness. She was born November 25, 1936, in Chillicothe to the late Carl and Ellen (Staffan) Vollmar. On November 23, 1957, she married Robert L. Faulkner, who preceded her in death August 29, 2014. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law Kandie (Shawn) Brantley, of Grove City; Michele (Tony) Imboden, Chillicothe; granddaughters Staci Brantley and her fiancée Ryan Brewer; and Sarah (Seth) Garey, all of Columbus; a sister Doris Wright, of New Albany; sisters-in-law Diane Vollmar, Bluefield, WV; Pamela (Don) Smith; Diana (Larry) Simpson, all of Chillicothe; and Susie Faulkner, of Cleveland, OH; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Pastor Dale Vollmar; and brothers-in-law Richard Wright; and Gary Faulkner. Mary Ann was a member of the First Church of God. She was a graduate of Southeastern High School, Class of 1956. She had worked at the former Fashion dress shop and especially enjoyed babysitting and visiting with family and friends over the telephone. Funeral services will be held at Noon, Wednesday, May 6, at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Roe officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8pm at Haller Funeral Home.
