Mary Drummond

Mary Jane Drummond, 86, of Londonderry, died 11:55 am, August 28, 2010, at her home, following an extended illness. She was born December 2, 1923 in New Castle, PA to Herman and Thelma Hoelz Brenner. On November 11, 1942 she married Earl W. Drummond Sr., who died January 14, 2008. Survivors include her grandchildren, Stephen (Heather) Drummond and Troy (Chastity) Lougheed, both of Londonderry, Terry (Susan) Ellison, of Parkersburg, WV, Sandy Thurnhurst, Battle Mtn., NV, and Gina (Mark) O'Sickey, of Indianapolis, IN; great-grandchildren, Justin and Jordyn Drummond, Matt, Alicia and Timothy Ellison, Amber Ingham, Hannah and Jozy Lougheed, Alex Gordy and Cybreen and Ashton Goody; a great-great grandchild, Morgan Drummond; and a daughter-in-law, Linda Drummond. She was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Earl Jr.; and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Drummond was a member Order of the Eastern Star and of the Londonderry United Methodist Church, where funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, Pastor Jay Neff officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 pm Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home.
