Marvin Sherrick

Marvin Lee Sherrick, 62, of Chillicothe, went to be with our Lord October 27, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born August 25, 1953 in Chillicothe to Floyd Sherrick and the late Manerva Toops Coatney. He married Joy J. Dietzel, who survives. In addition to his wife and father, survivors include his children, Jason (Sherry) Sherrick and Jeremy Sherrick, of Waverly, Richard (Alaina) Smith, of Troy, Julia Roll, of Chillicothe, and Wendy (Kelly) Seagraves, of Whitehall; seven grandchildren; and two sisters, Lea (Ray) Mullins, of Waverly and Jackie Sherrick, of Chillicothe. His mother preceded him in death. Marvin was a truck driver with Clary Trucking. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm Sunday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory, Pastor Jack Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Little Mound Cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at Haller's.
