Mark Sander

Mark Richard Sander, 65, of Canal Winchester, passed away Friday evening, December 22, 2017, at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio, surrounded by his loving family. Mark was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved being outdoors, going camping, and spending time at the family cabin. He gave 33 years of service to the Mid State Bolt and Nut Company, Inc before retiring. Surviving is his loving wife, Jackie (Pilkington) Sander; his children, Chris (Andi) Sander, and Toby (Andy) Kraner; three grandchildren, Riley, Libby, and Avery; his twin brother, Matt (Anne) Sander; siblings, Nancy (Paul) Kidwell, Pete (Sandy) Sander, and Tim (Donna) Sander; his father, Donald (Betty) Sander; his mother-in-law, Betty Pilkington; as well as many other loving sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene (Segger) Eckert, and his father-in-law, Dick Pilkington. There is an endless list of people who made such a difference in Mark's life. We would like to give a special thank you to several individuals who were such a blessing to our family. Thank you to Roxann Bennett and sister-in-law, Carol Pilkington for taking special care of Mark.
