Mark Horsley

Mark A. Horsley, 54, of Chillicothe, died 5:30 am, April 4, 2014, at his residence, unexpectedly. He was born May 10, 1959 in Circleville, OH to the late Hene and Helen Flannery Horsley.  On February 28, 1978 he married Sandra Sue Cottrill, who survives.  Also surviving are his children, Marcus A. Horsley, Kyra S. Horsley, and Serena S. Polen, all of Chillicothe; four grandchildren; a brother, Dan H. (Ann) Horsley; and sisters-in-law, Dianna Folley, Penny Ferrell and Linda Martin. Mr. Horsley was a truck driver for Herlihy Moving and Storage. Public funeral services will not be held.
