Mark Randolph Elkins, 58, of Chillicothe, died January 6, 2018 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. Military graveside services, conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will take place 10:00 am January 30, 2018 in Greenlawn Cemetery Soldier Square.
