Marjorie June French, affectionately known as "June-Bug," died March 18, 2017 at National Church Residences (Traditions). She was born July 20, 1929, in Ross County to the late Earl and Mabel (Peecher) Tarlton. On May 13, 1948, she married Ora L. French, who preceded her in death on October 29, 2008. Surviving are her son Robert (Teresa) French; daughter and son-in-law Karen (John) Nunley, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Adam (Beth) French, Pataskala, Troy Nunley, Denver, CO, John Aaron (Jennifer) Nunley, Middletown, OH, Rebecca (Dan) Storer, Circleville; great-grandchildren: Logan and Emma French, Brice LeVeck, Alayna Storer; Isabella, Victoria, Christine and Christian Nunley; and Brennan and Kieran Nunley; sisters-in-law Edna Estep, Stella Jones, Nelda Skaggs and Marjorie Montgomery French; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother William Tarlton and several in-laws. June was a graduate of Southeastern High School and attended The Way church in Washington Court House. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the staff and caregivers of Traditions of Chillicothe. Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. John M. Nunley officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery.
