Marie Hall

Marie J. Hall Marie J. Hall, 87, of Chillicothe, died 1:07 am, January 23, 2007 in Traditions of Bristol Village. She was born February 28, 1919 in Williamsburg, OH to Walter and Carrie Beacham Rose, one of fourteen children. On December 3, 1937 she married Warren E. Hall, who died December 23, 1986. Survivors include daughters, Patsy (Ed) Dean, of Littleton, CO, Joyce (Burrel) Adkins, of Chillicothe; son, Warren "Sonny" Hall, of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Jeff Dean, of Denver, CO, Mark (Angela) Dean, of Littleton, CO, Diana (Gary) Wedgewood, of Columbia, TN, and Philip (Susan) Adkins, of Chillicothe; great-grandchildren, Twyla Null, Denver, CO, Greg (Nikki) Adkins and Kelsi Adkins, of Chillicothe, Derek Hill, of Knoxville, TN, Chris Hill, of Columbia, TN and Lucas and Sarah Dean, of Littleton, CO; two step-grandsons; great-great-granddaughters, Felicia, Peyton, and Kennay Null, and Kailee Adkins; three step great-grandchildren; a step great-great-grandson; sisters, Ruth (Edward) Yockey, of Cincinnati, OH and LaVern (Jackie) Ellis, of Batavia, OH; two sisters-in-law, Helen Menear and Betty Rose; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by seven sisters, four brothers, and a great-grandson, James Dean. Mrs. Hall retired as a hostess from the Adena State Memorial. She served as president of the Mt. Logan PTA, was a girl scout leader, a member of the Liberty Township Auxiliary, and volunteered at the Ross County Senior Citizen Center. Mrs. Hall was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church in Chillicothe and also attended the First Baptist Church in Waverly. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday in the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. Gary Pack officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery.
