Margaret Wrightsel

Margaret E. Wrightsel, 82, of Chillicothe, died at 9:20pm June 9, 2015, at Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born May 28, 1933, in Vinton Co., OH, to the late Harley and Kathryn (Davis) Hoover. On January 18, 1949, she married Charles Richard "Dick" Wrightsel, who preceded her in death on August 13, 1988. Surviving are her children and spouses: Connie (Shawn) Hamilton, Chillicothe; Joseph Wrightsel, Kingston; Paul (Michael Alexander) Wrightsel; Mike Wrightsel; Todd (Carla Jones) Wrightsel; Adam Wrightsel, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Tami, Alissa, Rebekah, Brandon, Christopher, Casey, Tyler, Trevor, Justin, Jimmy and Angela; great-grandchildren: Dominick, Hunter, Zoe, Alexis, Ocean, Cora, Faith, Conner, Cadance, Camden, Mason, Jaxson and Braxton; a brother Bill (Juanita) Hoover; sisters Sally McPherson; Carol (Bob) Hedges; and Becky Bangert; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister Mary Kay Crabtree; and grandchildren Dustin Wrightsel and Jessen Wrightsel. Margaret was known to be a wonderful cook and loved being with her children and grandchildren. She loved children, whether they were hers or not, and especially loved the joy that babies bring. She will be sadly missed by those who knew her. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, June 13, at Haller Funeral Home with Pastor J. C. Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 5-8pm at Haller Funeral Home.
