Marcine Fuller, 77, of Chillicothe, passed away at 10:28am, June 3, 2025, at NCR Traditions of Chillicothe, following an extended illness.
She was born April 27, 1948, in Ironton, OH, to the late Billy E. and Hazel P. (Maggard) Milem. On July 18, 1969, she married John W. Fuller, who preceded her in death on June 21, 2017.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Billy H. (Denise) Fuller, of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Emma A. Fuller (fiancé Kyle Hughes), Hunter D. Fuller (Micah Hagen), Ryley D. Otworth (Avery Miller), and Alexis M. (Ian) White, all of Chillicothe; a great-grandchild: Marlowe E. White; and sisters Beth Ingram, of Huntington, WV, Paulette Underwood, of Broken Bow, OK, and Jeanie Atkins, of Huntington, WV. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister Debbie Rodgers.
Marcine was a graduate of Vinson High School, in Huntington, WV, Class of 1967. She worked for the Chillicothe City Schools as a cafeteria manager. Marcine and John owned Fullers Grocery on St Rt 207 for several years. She was a volunteer with Union Twp. Fire Dept., a 4H Advisor for junior livestock growers, and a cub scout leader.
A Celebration of Life for both Marcine and John will be held at 3pm Thursday, June 12, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Inurnment will follow in Springbank Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-3pm Thursday at the funeral home.
