Marcella Lowry

Marcella Lowry, 62, of Chillicothe, died at 1:29pm Tuesday November 22, 2022, at home unexpectedly.   She was born January 5, 1960, in Franklin County, OH, to the late Buford and Phyllis Collins.   Surviving are children: Jack, Jr. (Melinda) Lowry, Buford (Jamie) Lowry, of Columbus, and Amanda Lowry (fiancé Jerry Bolen), of Circleville; her boyfriend of 27 years, Charles Wolford; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother Donald Collins, of Columbus; sisters Jettia White, of Columbus, Phillis (Richard) Columbus; brother-in-law Guy "Buzz" Butler; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  She was preceded in death by her loving daughter Buzzitta Lowry; ex-husband Jack Lowry; two brothers: Buford Collins, Jr. and Rickey Collins; a sister Claudia Butler; and brother-in-law Raymond White.   Marcella loved being with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She loved her dogs, enjoyed going to the casino, flea markets, playing bingo and painting.  Marcella loved to talk and could carry on a conversation for hours.  Many knew her as "Marcy, Bush, Lipc."  She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her.  She will be deeply missed!   In keeping with her wishes, cremation services are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.  No public services will be held at this time.
